Summery of the content
“May I Help” is one of the “Tales of the little Hedgehogs”. In this play the Little Hedgehog and his friend the Little Hedgehogess go for a walk. They come into a forest and suddenly the weather changes. First it gets dark and rainy and then even a thunderstorm comes up. They get lost in the dark and the Little Hedgehogess feels frightened. When the Little Hedgehog even sprains his foot, they are in a state of emergency and he needs the help of his friend. They must be brave and seek help. Fortunately, the glow-worms can light their path. In the end they realize how important it is to be helpful and to make use of the help of others.

Number of rolls and duration of a performance
The play assigns parts to 11 children. This number can be increased by adding additional animals to the individual scenes non speaking roles or reduced by decreasing the number of animals. The duration of a performance is about 20 minutes.
